After I killed a few people, I was tired a lot and it had nothing to do with the fact that I was stuck in prison for a month. I'm sure there was more considering I killed three people and there was likely a punishment for each but I didn't stick around long enough to find out what the other ones were.
Tiredness wouldn't really bother me much, and unless they have a way to block powers I could probably get out of prison. But if it is as mysterious how it affects you as you say I wonder...
They can block powers and Dunamis inside the prison. Truthfully, the time in prison was a nice change from my previous stay.

Sosyne even made it so that I couldn't summon my daemon arm if I was angry after I was released. [ Which... it's Velvet so she's always kind of angry. ]
I'm sure the individual in charge of handing out punishments would tailor it to suit you.
You mentioned one of those greater power guys, and I've been curious. How do you actually know who you're supposed to be connected with? Rokurou said it's the color back when I arrived, but since I was new, mine had nothing.
As far as I know, color is the only way to tell but it may take a while to be able to see some of them. Since I'm aligned to Elios, mine is red - dark red for negative emotions and bright for positive ones.
